Arrow Partnership, today announced Philip Winterburn has joined the Colorado-based Business and Information Technology consulting firm as an Associate.

 Philip brings over 20 years experience of successfully delivering small (<$1 Mil.) to very large (>$100 Mil.) projects and of leading and transforming IT departments. His expertise spans strategy development, enterprise architecture, program and project management, product development from business case through development, testing and on to production support.

 Philip began his career consulting with EDS and Ernst & Young focusing on large systems integration projects in the Energy and Finance sectors. He then followed this with 10 years successfully transforming and running internal IT departments and delivering business solutions at AT&T Broadband and Great-West Healthcare.

Arrow Partnership, today announced Mia Trujillo has joined the Colorado-based Business and Information Technology consulting firm as Director of Sales focusing on the technology staff augmentation and permanent placement service.

Ms. Trujillo has over fourteen years in new business development and strategic sales for market-leading, global companies.  Mia is an experienced sales professional responsible for growing and developing new accounts in the Rocky Mountain region.  Most recently Mia was with Compuware Corporation where she was hired as part of the rebuilding efforts of the west region sales team.  Previously she held sales and management positions at Hyperion, Gartner and Gillette.  She brings extensive background in leading business development activities, account management and sales training.
