Donna Bornhofen, Associate

Prior to joining the Arrow team, Donna Bornhofen held management and senior tax positions at Ernst & Young, Time Warner Cable and Apache Oil & Gas.  She specializes in corporate, partnership and individual tax return review & preparation and brings to Arrow a broad and varied taxation background from numerous industries.  In addition to taxation, Donna has experience in general accounting, fixed asset accounting, payroll, and process improvement.  Presently, Donna enjoys working in a small business setting, helping clients achieve their goals while being compliant in all phases of government reporting. She is a CPA with a Bachelor of Science Degree & Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado.   In her spare time, Donna enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her very busy family.

Cynthia Charney, Associate

Cynthia Charney’s expertise is in Internet application development, B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms, and combining best practices, strategic use of technology, and project leadership in mission-critical technology environments to achieve optimal business results. Prior to joining Arrow, Cynthia was CIO for NetQuote, Inc, a leading online insurance lead aggregator, where she instituted the company’s technology growth strategy and transitioned the IT department from start-up to established, positioning the company for successful acquisition. Before moving to Colorado, Cynthia was Vice President in the Internet Architecture Group at Prudential Financial in New York, where she created the company’s first in-house market data delivery system, in addition to delivering application messaging systems, broker applications, and a consolidated content management portal. Cynthia holds a Masters degree in Management of Technology with a concentration in e-business from Polytechnic University.  In addition to industry roles, she has taught undergraduate and graduate computer and information science courses for the City University of New York.

Bob Clark, Associate

Bob Clark brings years of experience in leadership roles in business development, sales management and client relationship management to Arrow Partnership. He is responsible for introducing Arrow's services to new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients. He will also gather customer insights to identify new service offerings. Since 1989, his focus has been solution selling of Information Technology consulting services to Fortune 100 and public sector clients. He has held sales and sales management positions with IBM, Citicorp, Diebold, Idea Integration and ProtoTest. Bob received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Bob enjoys listening to a client's business challenges and then assembling the right resources to address them. He attributes his longevity in sales to forging long term, win-win relationships with clients. Bob's outside interests include volunteer work for the Parkinson Association of the Rockies and Bonfils Blood Center.

Zora Daniels, Associate

Zora Daniels is an experienced management consultant specializing in Organization Development and Change Management.  Zora started her career with Accenture in the change management practice where she acted as the organization design content lead for their internal methodologies database. As the Director of the Change Management practices at Whitman-Hart and Divine, Inc., she was a member of the ERP COE and executive board where she built and managed their first change management practice. Her work in organization development and change management spans multi-national ERP implementations, M&A, shared services, consolidations and downsizing for companies ranging in size from small and middle market to the Fortune 100.  Prior to joining Arrow Partnership, Zora worked as an independent consultant providing organizational development and change management expertise to several Colorado based businesses.  Zora graduated from Mills College in Oakland California with degrees in Economics and Costume Design.

Gail Feeder, Associate

Formerly a senior audit manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, Gail Feeder has experience with both public and private companies.  While at Deloitte, Gail focused extensively on telecommunications clients and assisted them with initial and subsequent debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions analysis, risk assessment and internal control procedures over revenue, billing and receivables, and fixed asset processes and systems.  Prior to her involvement with telecommunications companies, Gail also worked with manufacturing and health care clients in the Midwest region of the United States.  Gail graduated Cum Laude with a Masters of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science Business Administration from the University of Denver.

Patrick Hellman, Associate

As an Information Technology professional, Patrick Hellman has executive and managerial experience in both the public and private sectors.  Formerly the CIO of Mercury Companies, he has also held a variety of management positions throughout IT organizations at PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.  Patrick’s extensive experience in management and Information Technology has helped our clients in a variety of ways including establishing information security programs, implementing vendor management systems, evaluating, redesigning and relocating data center services, and the evaluation of email and content management systems.  Patrick holds certifications in Information Security (CISSP) and Information Systems Auditing (CISA) as well as bachelors and masters degrees in Business Administration.  A frequent public speaker, Patrick has taught graduate level courses in Strategic Planning and Telecommunications Management at the University of Denver.

Debra Larsen, Associate

Prior to joining Arrow, Debra Larsen was the owner operator of a business management consulting practice, helping companies make complex changes and achieve their growth goals.  She worked with companies of all sizes in various industries including high tech, manufacturing, real estate brokerage, publishing, internet marketing, and nonprofit organizations. Debra has served as an interim executive with small companies during crucial times of start up, turning around crisis situations and entering new markets. Her fundamental focus is always on achieving the highest levels of business performance possible. She has extensive experience coaching entrepreneurs, business owners and corporate executives in the development of leadership qualities, management talents and skills, and communication excellence. While managing marketing and administrative departments at Hewlett-Packard, Debra led worldwide cross-organizational change initiatives that established new revenue streams for HP’s customer services business. Debra received a Master of Science degree from University of California – Davis.

Cherlyn Linden, Associate

Formerly a Partner at Accenture, Cherlyn provided business solutions to business and IT clients while developing outstanding client relationships.  She has both interest and unique skills in comprehending how business and technology inter-relate.  Cherlyn has extensive business-focused systems, process and technology management experience, including business intelligence, strategic planning, new business operations, process excellence design and program management.  While serving as Senior Vice President/CIO for JA Worldwide, Cherlyn utilized her expertise to create a new business strategy and culture for a global change initiative focused on streamlining business processes and implementation of a global enterprise wide system.  She was successful in securing over $10 million in funding from corporate sponsors and worked directly with the Board of Directors..  Through her work in the non-profit sector, Cherlyn was able to provide leadership in information technology, bringing corporate and business efficiencies to the social sector.  Cherlyn graduate Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado in Boulder and received her M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.  She is a contributing author of Business Driven Information Technology.

Wendy Muller, Associate

Wendy Muller is a seasoned recruiter whose passion is matching candidates with job opportunities.  She recognizes that job transitions are life changing and it is critical that they are done thoughtfully.  She also acknowledges that whom companies hire can make or break their business. Finding mutual matches is what Wendy excels at.  Wendy has worked for a variety of companies recruiting technical, executive, and business professionals.  In addition, Wendy has managed and mentored recruiting teams of various sizes.  Throughout her career Wendy has assisted clients such as The White House, Pentagon, Capital One, Wachovia Securities, Qwest, IBM, JP Morgan Chase, and Sun Microsystems with their recruiting needs. In addition to her recruiting industry roles, Wendy has served as a college faculty member where she taught courses in business management. Wendy graduated from the University of Wisconsin with her MS Degree in Administrative Leadership - Human Resource Development and she earned her BA Degree in Organization Communications from Purdue University.

Lyndel M. Paton, Associate

Prior to joining Arrow Partnership, Lyndel Munro-Paton was an Australian Government Executive specializing in IT, E-Business, Project and Information Management. Lyndel held roles such as Project Manager for the Commonwealth Games where she used her leadership skills to coordinate events, security activities with local authorities including the development of business continuity strategies. As E-Business Manager for the Australian Child Support Agency and also the Australian Department of Health and Ageing, Lyndel has had extensive Project Management experience and has managed multiple projects such as the implementation of government programs, content management, developing governance structures for publishing and knowledge management, and also the development of many campaign websites and online services. Lyndel was also a Senior Technical Analyst for Australia’s largest government welfare organization, Centrelink, and brings a wealth of knowledge in usability, compliance and channel integration to Arrow.

Anne Reller, Associate

Having done accounting in large corporations and small to mid-sized companies Anne Reller comes to Arrow with a wide variety of experience.  Anne has found that she truly loves working in a smaller company environment.  Training has become a favorite of hers and she finds great satisfaction in helping and showing other people how to do what they need to do or how they can improve on what they are doing..  Another challenge she finds exciting is what most people think of as a huge mess. Give Anne a balance sheet that doesn’t balance or bank accounts that are un-reconciled and she is in heaven. 

Mia Trujillo, Associate

Having joined the company in early 2007, Mia Trujillo executes the sales and marketing efforts at Arrow Partnership.  Her primary objective is to grow revenue by building new clients along the Front Range.  Throughout her career she has worked for industry-leading companies like Gartner, Hyperion and Gillette.  She brings extensive background in leading business development activities and account management.  She also has contributed to sales productivity training programs focused on leadership skills and mentoring, methodology and common language.  Mia attributes her success in complex selling environments to simply forging an understanding of her clients’ business and then lining up her companies’ delivery resources.  Mia graduated from The Colorado College where she studied History.  She moved to Denver from San Francisco and lives in Stapleton with her family.
