Sharon Bakke has a proven track record in Management and
Information Technology consulting. Prior to co-founding
Arrow Partnership, Sharon spent many years at Oracle
Corporation helping clients utilize the Oracle Application
suites to its fullest potential through process,
organizational and technology alignment. She has led
initiatives in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and
Enterprise Resource Management (ERP). Prior to joining
Oracle, Sharon was with Price Waterhouse Coopers where she
led global process re-engineering projects and developed
actionable and successful Information Technology Strategic
plans. Domain expertise is in technology,
telecommunications, manufacturing and the financial
services. Sharon thrives on taking methodologies (Project
Management, BPR, Custom Development, Application
Development, Health Checks, Balanced Scorecard, etc.) and
making them custom, actionable and practical. She currently
serves on University Colorado's Center for Information
Technology Innovation Executive Board as well as the
American Liver Foundation Board. She graduated with a
Bachelor of Science Degree from Colorado State University.
In her free time, Sharon enjoys raising her daughter, traveling
and playing golf.
Stephen Barnett was one of Accenture’s (formerly known as Andersen Consulting) Managing Partners
responsible for America’s Strategic Initiatives, which included: strategic planning, sales and marketing, new product and service development, human resource/career development planning,
and infrastructure cost reduction. He previously served as Managing Partner for several offices, was a member of the Oil & Gas Industry Team and served as the Client Partner/Quality Assurance
Partner on many large client engagements that were enterprise wide transformational initiatives. Steve is a former licensed CPA. Prior to Arrow he was a partner in a private equity firm for
three years, serving as CEO for two of their technology ventures. Steve is the Chairman of Arrow Partnership and was a founding partner. He serves on the boards of The Economic Club of Colorado,
University of Colorado Denver-Institute for International Business Advisory Board, Colorado Uplift and Save Our Youth, mentoring organizations for at risk youth. Prior to his days as a consultant,
Steve proudly served his Country as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army. Steve and his wife enjoy traveling, spending time with their grandchildren and sailing.
Wendy Campbell has been providing professional accounting services to local business owners and their staff for many years.
Before merging with Arrow Partnership in January 2007, she built a thriving practice by filling a unique niche for small and emerging businesses.
Her experience ranges from consulting with clients on how to establish appropriate accounting and reporting systems, training accounting staff, forecasting and budgeting,
financial statement presentation and tax return preparation. Her clients have turned to Wendy for financial advice and use her as one of their key confidants.
Wendy brings her energy and her passion about her work to every client she works with. She is a licensed Colorado CPA and a member of AICPA and The Colorado Society of CPA’s.

As an Information Technology professional,
Patrick Hellman has executive and managerial experience in both the public and private sectors.
Formerly the CIO of Mercury Companies, he has also held a variety of management positions throughout IT organizations at PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, and the
University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Patrick’s extensive experience in management and Information Technology has helped our clients in a variety
of ways including establishing information security programs, implementing vendor management systems, evaluating, redesigning and relocating data center services, and
the evaluation of email and content management systems. Patrick holds certifications in Information Security (CISSP), Information Systems Auditing (CISA),
Project Management (PMP), and Enterprise Content Management (AIIM-ECMS) as well as bachelors and masters degrees in Business Administration and a graduate certificate
in Information Assurance. A frequent public speaker, Patrick has taught graduate level courses in Strategic Planning and Telecommunications Management at the University of Denver.
Patrick participates in various charitable and community organizations and enjoys jazz music, reading and travel.

For more than two decades,
Mike Jones has been the technology leader for some of the country’s most
innovative and dynamic companies. Most recently, Mike was CEO of datAvail and will continue his position
as Chairman of the Board. Prior to datAvail, Mike was the CEO of (i)Structure, now a Wipro company that
offers a full range of IT outsourcing services to customers around the globe. Prior to his CEO roles, Mike
was CIO for Level 3 Communications – a company supplying Fortune 1000 companies with sophisticated,
fiber-based IP communication services. His organization was responsible for the worldwide operations of
all of Level 3’s information and network management systems, including Corporate and Network Security.
Before joining Level 3, Mike was Vice President and CIO for Corporate Express. As part of the executive team,
he helped the company go public and successfully complete more than 100 mergers and acquisitions. Mike helped
transform Corporate Express from a private, regional office products company, with revenues of less than $300
million, to a $4 billion global corporation, providing essential business products and services to large
organizations. Mike started his IT career at Andersen Consulting where he spent 12 years working his way to
Associate Partner in Andersen Consulting’s Advanced Technology Group. Mike is a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma
State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a minor in computer science, and
completed his CPA examination in 1984. He is an active leader in the IT community, serving on several Boards
of Directors for emerging technology companies. Mike, his wife and two children live in the Boulder area and
he likes to golf, ski and fish.
Chan Pollock’s strategic IT planning, outsourcing
evaluation, offshore partner development, acquisition
integration and global ERP implementation success coupled
with his business-focused systems and technology management
experience make him an expert in transformational success. A
former CIO for global manufacturers Johns Manville and
StorageTek, his experience encompasses manufacturing and
distribution operations in North America, Europe and Asia.
Additionally, he possesses broad inter-networking and
foundational system experience from Network Systems and
Control Data. Chan serves as an Executive Board member for
the University of Colorado's Center for Information
