Sef Abbasey joined Arrow Partnership from Destination Resorts where he has been working with HR systems. Sef has over 12 years of experience working with a variety of HCM products in various capacities. He has implemented and managed HR, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Performance and
Compensation systems in numerous industries. Sef possesses a unique technology perspective having worked for an ERP vendor, consulting partner and as a customer. Aiming to round out his functional expertise, he has successfully lead data conversion, integration, business process outsourcing initiatives and has managed custom development projects. With a
collaborative work style, he builds trust and empowerment among his peers. Sef graduated from the University of Rochester and enjoys playing ice hockey, traveling, movies and spending time with his family.
Alison Bradshaw comes to Arrow Partnership with 12 years of IT experience and an advanced degree in Psychology. This unusual background gives her a unique perspective, and has allowed her to succeed professionally by combining her “hard” and “soft” skills in the business world. On the
technical side, Alison brings expertise in software development, data migration and project management. She also has an open, collaborative work style that puts people at ease and helps teams work more smoothly together. Prior to joining Arrow, Alison worked in the IT departments of Boston Market, Ernst & Young Canada and DCP Midstream. She
has done freelance consulting in many different industries in both Toronto and the Denver area. In her spare time, Alison enjoys running, swing dancing, knitting scarves and spending time with her boyfriend, two cats, friends and family.

Prior to joining the Arrow team,
Donna Bornhofen held management and senior tax positions at Ernst & Young, Time Warner Cable and Apache Oil & Gas. She specializes in corporate, partnership and individual tax return review & preparation and brings to Arrow a broad and
varied taxation background from numerous industries. In addition to taxation, Donna has experience in general accounting, fixed asset accounting, payroll, and process improvement. Presently, Donna enjoys working in a small business setting, helping clients achieve their
goals while being compliant in all phases of government reporting. She is a CPA with a Bachelor of Science Degree & Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado. In her spare time, Donna enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her very busy family.
Katie Borthwick has experience in project and operations management, customer service, sales, consulting and education. She has used her experience to implement structure and provide organizational, procedural and administrative support to diverse projects and companies,
emphasizing on software development and deployment. Katie brings a high degree of communication, organization, technological skills and acute attention to detail to each assignment. In her spare time, Katie enjoys gardening, travel, photography and training her hound/pointer mix, Lucky.
Dominic Brielmaier has over 10 years experience in systems administration, implementation, and configuration. He has experience in several industries including energy, financial, telecom, correctional and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Dominic is currently a Graduate student at Regis University where he is studying
Information Assurance. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Information Systems from Regis University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Dominic likes to spend his free time outdoors with his German
Shorthaired Pointers. He enjoys camping, hiking and snowboarding.

Formerly a senior audit manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP,
Gail Feeder has experience with both public and private companies. While at Deloitte, Gail focused extensively on telecommunications clients and assisted them with initial and subsequent debt and equity offerings,
mergers and acquisitions analysis, risk assessment and internal control procedures over revenue, billing and receivables, and fixed asset processes and systems. Prior to her involvement with telecommunications companies, Gail also worked with manufacturing and health care
clients in the Midwest region of the United States. Gail graduated Cum Laude with a Masters of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science Business Administration from the University of Denver. In her free time, Gail enjoys gardening, skiing, watching the Denver Broncos and spending
time with her children at their many sporting events.
Stephanie Curd-Goulette started implementing PeopleSoft HRMS in 1998 with version 7.0. She has continued working with PeopleSoft HCM through version 8.8, with her most recent PeopleSoft implementation being version 9.1 for
Financials as a business analyst. Stephanie has also worked with Oracle HR as the HRIS Manager in version 11.5. Stephanie's has performed multiple duties as a consultant, HRIS Manager and Business Analyst. This includes requirements gathering, business process mapping and analysis, design,
working with the development team, testing and post production support. She has worked as a senior functional lead and briefly as a project manager, as well as done supporting roles. Stephanie has worked with HR functionality, recruiting, benefits, performance appraisal, compensation workbench
(Oracle), open enrollment (Oracle), and most modules affiliated with HCM. In her free time, Stephanie runs a drag racing business with her husband, sings the national anthem at various events around town, and spends time with her three step children.
John Meyer joins Arrow Partnership with 20 years of experience as a business development and marketing executive. John has a distinguished track record in the software and IT industry.
Most notably, John spent more than a decade as an executive for Microsoft Corporation. More recently John served as vice president of marketing and business development at Wellness Business Systems, a SaaS company. John has served on the board of the Food Bank of the Rockies, the board of Boys and
Girls Clubs of Metro Denver and currently volunteers with the Colorado Technology Association. John is a graduate of Colorado State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. John is a Colorado native and loves doing anything outdoors with his wife and son.

Prior to joining Arrow Partnership,
John Obrecht worked for over 25 years at Accenture. As a partner John had a proven track record of managing large-scale transformation initiatives that delivered true business value.
John’s leadership style and decision-making is guided by personal integrity, transparency, personal accountability, teamwork, and strong personal values. John’s expertise spans IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and program and project management including 15 years of focus in SAP
implementations. John brings broad industry experience as well – he began his career working in the Energy sector and expanded from there to Food and Consumer Goods and Services, Automotive and Industrial Equipment, Mining, Public Service, Wholesale Distribution, and Retail.
John also has extensive international experience having lived and worked abroad in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. John lives in the foothills with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys such activities as hiking, bicycling, and cooking.
Eddie Pena joins Arrow Partnership bringing 16 years of Management Consulting and I.T. Consulting experience with firms such as Ernst and Young, Deloitte & Touche, and JCB Partners. He most recently focused on activities related to
Finance Department improvements and associated technology solutions such as driver-based budgeting and forecasting systems, HR planning models, and scenario/what-if modeling. Eddie has extensive experience in project management of IT and Finance projects as well as a development and customization experience with multi-dimensional OLAP modeling tools.
Eddie enjoys all aspects of project delivery but particularly enjoys the training and knowledge transfer activities meaning a project had been successfully delivered and implemented. In his free time, Eddie enjoys playing golf, snow sports, mountain biking, cheering on his mighty Horned Frogs, or participating in whatever game the kids happen to rope
him into.

Prior to joining the Arrow team in 2010,
Aleta Sefic held senior management positions at Frontier Airlines and National Merchant Systems. For the last 15 years she has worked on a broad variety of projects in Management, Payroll and Human Resources including HCM conversions,
restructuring initiatives, staffing, compliance and diversity. She is an accomplished Project Manager and is comfortable leading both technical and functional teams. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Colorado at Denver and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Denver. Aleta
designs and makes jewelry, designs furniture and enjoys
spending time with her three daughters
attending live music and theater events and traveling.
Amy Swanson has experience in both public and private accounting. She was a member of the corporate accounting team at La-Z-Boy, Inc. in Monroe, MI, working on both internal and external financial reporting and systems management. She relocated back to Colorado and moved to the small business
sector, where she managed the accounting and process improvements at a law office in Littleton, Swanson & Bratschun, LLC. She is also busy with a non-profit in Denver, Pomegranate Place, Inc, assisting with their financial needs. Amy graduated magna cum laude from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting.
Kathy Zambie has over 16 years consulting experience assisting companies to successfully navigate and embrace change. She is known for her dynamic leadership, collaborative style and innovative solutions. Prior to joining Arrow Partnership,
Kathy worked for over 14 years at Accenture specializing in change management for ERP implementations. Kathy also started her own company where she partnered with her client to select a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider and implement a learning management system. She has extensive training,
communications, change management and program/project management experience. Kathy is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with both a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Professional Accounting. In her free time, she enjoys tango, yoga, walking her dog and spending
time with friends.
